Phil’s experience in session planning and delivery has helped a number of the assistant coaches make best use of their time and objectives deliverables.He was able to demonstrate how to apply set objectives and make them relevant to the group of players and coaches.

"Phil has been heavily involved in a dual role with the DPP to help with the development of an outline curriculum for the programme and also as a Coach Developer so that we can develop all the coaches within the programme to ensure that we deliver a high quality player development experience to those players involved in the DPP.
